Wow what a question. to each his own I guess. Over the years Given to those deserving and some of those who were'nt so, I guess I have done it every way. These days I help those willing to help themselves. I am about stove up as much as can be short of those in a wheel chair or worse, yet I work every day. If there is no opportunity then you create your own opportunity. I guess begging is one but it's not for me.
There is the famous story of the wall street trader that lost his job and couldn't find another., so, he drove his Mercedies to Manhatten changed his cloths and went begging. His wife and family didn't find out he lost his job for over 2 years when they saw him on TV.
