    Scrappin' with a bull

I guess a guy can get hurt scrapping with iron but I did one better today. One of my bulls backed up in an alleyway faster than I could and I got squashed between him and the alley. Luckily, no broken bones but he stepped on my foot and scraped my right arm and leg up real good. The neighbor lady taped up my arm, fed me 3 cookies and a Mt. Dew and I was on my way. On the way home, I realized I lost my glasses somewhere in the fracas.

Here's the big boy that did the damage...he's a Corriente; I may have to "SCRAP" him

Back at the ranch, my friends got their heads together to see how they can prevent this from happening again.

Fantastic story that I can relate with. Getting the brains together to solve the problem is a great solution.

if the glasses get stepped on in the pen...remember...some of them have a metal frame...sometimes it's non ferrous.

Ouch - you got lucky! Several years ago there was a jail break across the street form me and everyone got out. Most were docile but one was a Brahma that didn't want to go home. He kicked in the door of the farmers truck and I ran for cover!

Been chased by a bull, kicked by a bull, and dragged by a steer across the pasture......friend thought it was hilarious.... My ribs didn't think so. Thankfully the three steer I got now are easy going, I need that after last year lol!! Glad you didn't get hurt!

Never scraped with a bull, shoveled some "bull" crap and lots of other types. Rode a bull once and from then on just went to the rodeo to watch. Should have listened to my dad, he wasn't always right, just most of the time.

Now you're a real scrapper at heart; I'm ashamed that I didn't think of that.
