Pull Tabs - Page 2

I first thought gambling cause we have lottery type tickets called pull tabs and then I thought of cans and most here are alu on drink cans in iowa but we also have a deposit as well to return them and people from on people saving them off cans cause it affects their weight

Yeah sorry about the confusion, they mean something in NY also aparently - fortunatly NY doesn't care if the tabs are on em or not. NY also does em each instead of by weight.
