Well it's super bowl sunday, I haven't been on the forem much lately but today is a day most of us spend with family and friends, I am the official barbecue grill master, spareribs, chicken, steak, and the best burgers. I am getting a little older now and look to make things a little healthier, salads and less fatty foods any body have any barbaque sauce tips? On the light side, today is also a day where where I call a few of my less fortunate friends and invite them over to have a good day and a nice meal not a bad thing, we'll have a good day enjoy and any healthy tips for the Barbie will be appreciated.
