Yes, the beaks are carrots shaped with a knife. The eyes are peppers out of one of those cheap grocery store grinders. Had to use my channel locks to get the lid off.

As a kid it was the competition of finding the most eggs, as an adult it's the competition of getting the marked down candy at the store before my neighbors do. Hope everyone had a good holiday.
