Not like the owner or workers of the supposed roofing company will come onto a forum full of people and tell their side of the story without receiving the same treatment as Ozzy and come tomorrow when he still has his account, I told you so.

Logan- the reason why you did not see anything about the other instances is because they were removed from the forum. And now because they were removed the whole story is not together. Why they were removed I do not know. I feel they ahould have been left up so all could read what the op has been doing. The integrity of this thread has been comprimised because not all the facts are known to everyone. Heres a recap-

Ozzy admitted to stealing an i5 laptop from the whred pile at the scrap yard. He tried to play it off as " weigt for weight". He was called out on it and I know that I and some others reported the post. He was given a short vacation from the forum.

When he came back he started or commented on another thread about a new trailer he purchased. According to him it is a pia to register a home made trailer in PA so he took the vin from another trailer he had and put it on the one he bought. Illegal, and I explained why it was illegal, but that thread was removed as well.

Fast foward to his latest story of how he was arrested for taking scrap from the curb, forgot what it was, but he ranted on about how he was illegally arrested and searched and blah, blah, blah. He was again called out on this by myself and others and I gave a detailed explanation of why his story didnt hold water and that he was screwed. Now that whole ghread is missing as well and if you look at the forst post on this one he states he had the post removed ao basically there was no evidence of what he did so he it would not get out or been found out by whoever is going to nail him to the wall.

So now that you have a synopsis of whats been going on here do you think he operates in the grey area?

Congrats Ozzy you and your actions are driving a wedge amoung the members, your a thief and a con artist in my eyes. And if that gets me put on a vacation or banned it was worth it. You may have pulled the wool over some peoples eyes but I and others know what you are and how you work.

The reason some of us don't want him posting about these activities is that he is already bending the rules and when the wrong person reads about it they will bend them further. Eventually the rule gets broken. And that rule breaker is going to go on like Ozzy has about how this other person did this and it was okay...

Ok the laptop I did not steal. What was missing from that is I knew the OWNER of the scrap yard personally. I have been friends with him for years. He was not available that day and the yard guy is a pia. That was resolved both with the (slipped him 20) and the admin here. The admin didnt hear the whole story. Secondly...the stupid leaf blower did not and still does not run. I literally tried to start it on the curb and low compressoon. I brought it home and tried to fire on ether....still no vroom Third it was next to a trash pile of shingles and crap wood. So if its next to the trash, on the curb, is it not trash?

And 4th I had the other post deleted to protect myself for court. But to this day no date and f I dont think there ever will be. Since there was a illegal traffic stop toi begin with and illegal questioning on the second part.

And lastly, yes if you don't feel a cop is a cop in a plain mark vehicle and wearing plain vehicles, then you can refuse to answer. You can go as far as leaving and driving to the first safe area until you found his true identity. They even had tv commercials airing this same thing. This started when we had a few crackheads running around impersonating a cop pullign people over in last few years. The only time this does not apply is in sting operations, like prostitution where a hooker asks the cop...are you a cop? In a traffic stop, they have to announce themselves and their intent. Otherwise you have the right to leave and call 911 for a safe location like a police station. Which actually I wish I did, but I did call 911. ANd they sent help. Its all on their tapes him screaming I had no right to call for help and he was gonna drag me out of the truck if I didnt comply.

Any other questions..ask. I have been talking to three lawyers and one cop....everything about this is illegal, except which I did. Which was legal.. Theres more to this story. Same cop arrested two people for cleaning up the yard and the bloody owner came out. And told the cop, its ok, they have my permission. Still got arrested..so what does that tell you?

No thank you. That conversation will end up you coming here and saying you were threatened. I may have been born at night, just not last night.

I am content that eventually you will be banned. Give someone enough rope they eventually hang themselves.

Love how you keep adding things to each story, you should be a fiction writer.

We met Ozzy and we talked on the phone a long time ago. I had you pegged after meeting you in person.

What is happening here... I didn't read the old posts so I'm not sure what's happening but all I can say is that unless it's trash night it's best to go above and beyond when considering taking things from the curb. Use your judgement. If it's in the middle of nowhere and is all messed up then yeah it's probably ok to take but anything else I usually wait around the item for a while and see if anyone shows up to claim it. This happened to me the other day with a ladder, it turned out to belong to someone who was doing work in the area, he was done using the ladder and put it there since his car was nearby. Sometimes doing things like this can even get you more scrap then what you were gonna take. Today I passed by a house with some copper lines on the side of the drive way with some trash bags nearby, the lines didn't look old or broken so I wasn't sure if they were junk. I knocked on the door and rang the door bell, waited for about 15 minutes nobody answered the door but finally someone opened the door when I was leaving, turns out they weren't junk they were just put there to get them out of the way. I advised them to put the lines somewhere else since there's a lot of people looking for metal around the area and most of them just take without asking, unlike me. The neighbor next door heard me talking since she was in her yard and she ended up giving me some scrap copper that weighed more then the lines I was after. If I had taken those lines I could've possibly gotten in trouble for stealing and would've made less money then I did the the pipes from the other lady.

Then you would realize I work my behind off and make 3 grand or better a month scrapping. I don't need to steal a 100 junk walmart blower....enough said. I got 5 grand in the bank at the moment legally scrapping and wheeling and dealing. I aint getting rich, but I am very very comfortable. Most days I dont even leave the house. I pick up 2-3 loads a month and sit back and collect the rewards. I dont need to curb shop either nor go looking for it. If Im driving by, thats one thing as in this case. But those days of chasing garbage men are long gone. Phone rings, I go. I see something on facebook or craigs I can flip, I buy it. Plain and simple.....Plus I make enough nso on big jobs I supervise or direct and my helpers do all the work.

Sounds like to me your council has advised you to start laying the ground work for a defense. Go back add more info, say how hard you work for what you have…not buying it.

You want to know what would really suck? What would really be bad for you is if someone printed out all of the threads in question before they were removed!! That would be a real kick in the pants now wouldn't it? Think long and hard about what I just told you, its the last time I will comment on this or any of your other threads.

Ok.. I admit, I had to mow the grass and pay a visit to the father-in-law so wasn't around which was probably a good thing as it gave me time to clear my head.

I wish I was priviledged to the previous posts to get the full picture but since I only have the blower story, that's what I'm basing everything on. If what you're saying is true then yeah, Ozzy's way of doing things is bad and there isn't enough gray to cover that. But what if this court thing wins in his favor? Wouldn't it show that he was right?

I do 3-4 a week and that's part time. Plus run a painting business with 6 employees plus my partner and myself. What a trip. You better let your lawyer do all the talking when you go to court. Lmfao.
