Possible Resale Source

But first I have a stupid question about them. The plastic things inside a box of shells that holds the shells, what in the hell are they called?! I've been racking my brain and google trying to figure it out! I can get these, but I don't know if there is a huge resale value or not, since I can't check lol. I would think maybe to reloaders, but who knows.
