Spent parts of 3-days with 20+ elementary aged boys and 7 other men from church living in the woods of "Newton Hills". Funny how long it takes for things to dry out under the shade of a real forest! Interesting the group think of boys who thought it would be a good idea to push with sticks a very dead and substantially bloated raccoon down a gravel road to be dropped down the "hole" of the nearby pit-toilet latrine. Not a good way to be allowed back to use the Boy Scout camp again. After telling them, no, bad idea, re-direct, saying, "boys, that bunch of weeds over on the creek edge need those nutrients from the critter much more than, ah, what's at the bottom of the "hole"...."
