really enjoyed the movie The Martian...

We went as a family to see the movie The Martian at the cheap "its-been-out-for-a-while" theater ($3.50 a ticket) and we all really enjoyed it. I enjoy sci-fi like this probably a bit more than the new SW movie (haven't seen it yet and I'm not in line any time soon but I will watch it eventually) because its a bit more plausible whereas SW is pure fantasy. I think recyclers will like how the people in the movie, especially Matt Damon's character, improvise and do work-arounds when plans go bad. Good show to spend nearly 2 1/2 hours on.

I am a SCi-FI nut and liked the MARTIAN but the first time I watched INTERSTELLAR I was blown away

I have to get that one again and finish it. We as a family tried watching it one night and I had to go somewhere later. The family got bored after about the first 35+ minutes and turned it off. I'll pick it up again shortly when I have time to watch it all. Thanks!
