    China are back at it

A quick look at some news articles today and it seems China might be looking to buy cheap materials once more.

China's space telescope to displace humans in search for aliens

I've been reading many people saying China's drop in purchasing recycled metals is the main cause of the price drops (as well as China flooding the market with excess material they are selling at a loss), but maybe the promised ambitions of space exploration hold a future of brighter days for all?

Yep. but if they can "buy" garbage and then resell it for a profit sounds good. How many men would it take to put a man on Uranus?

Rare earth metals will eventually be mined from asteroids in space or the moon (where they came from in the first place).

Any increase in major infrastructure investment is surely a good sign that material is being purchased and the economy will at the least float steady.
Seeing as its not another road (i.e. concrete) investment its worth noting.

    Ohandyes!
Asteroid mining! Let's hope we manage the lasso version soon. According to #ScareMongerReporters we've had a few near misses recently.
