A buddy of mine from Hope B.C recently had to have his new car towed into the dealership to have all the wiring replaced. The dealer told him that they are also having the same problem with new cars on the lot. It seems that the new plastics used to insulate the wiring is a new soy based product and the little Asian roof rat has added this to his diet.

I heard the same thing recently about the wiring being tasty to all sorts of rodents. I believe it was a US built Toyota.
