    NOT mine but could some one use this in South Fort Worth

    Seen this on another forum and so far no replies




    doing a remodel ( 36 apartment units ) in south Fort Worth. Looking to see if anyone wants to haul off the material ( refrigerators, stoves,dishwasher carpet and countertops ) payment will be the appliances, either scrap or sell your

    I live in the area, but to be honest would not want to mess with it due to having to haul off and dispose of the carpet and countertops. In remodels usually the appliances are not in all that good condition, and with the low price of shred your doing a lot of extra work for little gain.

    since u live nearby, maybe just go and have a look- speak to the guy in charge- he could be a decent person and u might be able to work out some agreement which is Ok for both parties

    The MOST important thing to remember in negotiations is know where your limit is and be happy to walk away. Removing all the trash for the payoff of the scrap appliances would not come close for me. I would charge for removal and take the scrap as a bonus. 73, Mike

    Ttt- should have mentioned, all of these work, dishwashers and stoves are kinda nasty, but there is 36 of each along with sinks, carpet,garbage disposals,cabinets,sinks mirrors, etc....
