    Current Events

During my time attending grade school we had a class called current events, we learned how to research relevant and current news articles we were encouraged to talk openly about these events. And how these events affected us locally and those around the world regardless of religion or nationality.

In real life I"m actually a pretty boring guy, no movies or television for the past 30 years. As you age you'll soon learn that life is much to short to be wasted in front of a TV set.

911 was a huge event, the whole world was privy to the news and yes there were plenty of conspiracy theories going around with plenty of click bait on Youtube. But those of sober mind are able to pick the chaff from the wheat.

We shall see how current events play out over the next year.

Glad to hear you're still upright and paying attention. I try to look at things from several different angles and even then. In an earlier post you talked about Julian Assange. I haven't decided if he is the devil or a hero as others seemed to have. One of the other members mentioned he is/was accused of rape in Sweden.

In my thinking there are plenty of factors that make me continue to question if he is good or bad. Consider he has released lots of confidential and secret messages. To shut him up could have had him accused of rape and there by removing his access to devices to release more of the messages.

Some folks seem to believe all secrets are bad and that conspiracies abound, I'm not one of those Have good remaining holiday season while I continue to battle the flu. 73, Mike
