I have noticed as a read through the forum that a few of it's members have a thing for goats. I raise pigs myself. I actually got into scrapping as I was dumpster diving to feed my pigs. At the height of my pig operation I only had 11 but they were eating me out of house and home until I turned to dumpster diving. Now days I feed them at zero cost. The food I pull from dumpsters is free and I always find enough scrap to cover the fuel.
I am not sure I get the point of owning goats...Aren't they known for eating anything including metal? I guess a goat would be cheaper than most of the shredders I see for sale online but I doubt anyone's yard will take goat turds as prepared steel!
On the other hand. My pigs are great scrappers. They don't eat metal. But they do take perfectly good corral panels and bust them into pieces turning them into
scrap metal! Plus if you ever have dispose of a crack head who you caught trying to steal your scrap, instead of having to explain yourself to the cops you can just feed him to the pigs!
I don't make many videos of my pigs because it pisses off the PETA people. But here is an older one of my buddy catching a couple piglets that I traded to him for some chickens.
