Rubbish Removal and gutter cleaning for home

Hey, I do on weekends or on monthly basis Rubbish removal and gutter cleaning for my own home. What would better strategy work if we do it by yourself? I have been doing this job since last 6 months, but now I am looking for other alternatives. I am quite tired off from this. Any suitable suggestions would be appreciated.  I am looking for better alternative example is given below.
