olddude, I said I was sorry you hurt, not that I feel sorry for you. You do not come across at all like a guy I'd feel sorry for.

I can relate. It is indeed grand to be up again after being down for an extended period. Keep it up.

Try Vick's. My wife's been having a lot of back pain with her current pregnancy. (One more month for a beautiful baby girl! But we started putting Vick's on her aching back and sides since it's a topical analgesic (skin applied pain medicine). In 5 minutes, she feels a tingling sensation and the pain is gone! It's a little sticky, so she's designated one of my old shirts for whenever she wears it. lol But I don't mind. I breath fine the rest of the night! haha

I have been using something called Biofreeze for my leg/foot pain. It works pretty well also. Saroro, congrats on that baby girl! I have 2 girls and a boy myself.

hey olddude, i been reading some of your old threads, hence the bump of this old thread.
have you tried a kneeling chair? http://www.medicalinsider.com/images/kneelingchair.jpg
google "kneeling chair" and you will find many different designs.

they may look uncomfortable but are actually very comfortable and forces you to maintain good posture.
try sitting in one, you will be amazed at the comfort... as long as your knees are in reasonable health. perhaps ask your doctor
anyhow, they are great to take the pressure off your back and puts it on your knees... cheers!
