I have liked Alvin Lee, Bill 'electric' Church, Robin Thrower & one night i was at a nightclub & Joe Walsh wandered in & totally blew everybody away.

Jimis not to bad either ( thats a understatement )

Metal wise i would say Dimebag Darrel hands down. I did watch that VH1 Dave Mustaine documentery from years back, he was a badass, Metallica sucks

There are some really good guitarist's out there. Steve Vai & Eric Johnson come to mind. Glen Campbell of all people was outstanding talent. Just watch what he did with " Classical Gas ". It's a technically difficult song to play and he did it with ease while suffering from Alzheimer's in this performance.
