you keep a small amount of wire in your car so you haver something to do while your stuck at a red light. I just make sure nobody is behind me. Getting bumped by another car while I have my knife open is not on my list of things to do today.
when you no longer have a need for scissors...wire cutters are more versatile.

lol Dee, I deserved it though and I almost didn't post that for that very reason. BUT....my brand new c-clamp came in handy - you got it, I used one to clamp the puncture. *Facepalm*
