These things come along from time to time. The best thing to do is stop, take a deep breath, clear your head, assess the threat rationally, and then take appropriate measures.
Underestimating the threat as a knee jerk reaction is just as irrational as making fear based decisions.

We own a share of two grocery stores and a gas station.
We can always blockade the bridge and isolate ourselves if needs be. Our fishing fleet can easily sustain the community with food if the supply chain does get disrupted. Lol... i guess there are a few advantages to living on an island !
Soooo ... we muddled through Y2k, the 2012 shtf scenario and global warming. We're prepped, locked & loaded, and ready to go.
We will get through this one too.
