Got a different flat screen last week.

I don't think I want to scrap it yet. It is a slot machine topper. Probably from the late 1990's. Any idea where to offer for sale? how much?

When I get them in good condition I normally sell them for between $25-150 depending on the machine and game. Ebay works, so does the forum at NewLfieGames

Do you consider all wires cut at the base good condition?

Not so much. You can still try. Worst case cut the rest of the wires and toss it in with your shred

New life Games came through very fast. It is from a Bally Alpha 2. Thanks for the lead. trying now to figure out how to test the monitor. I hooked it up to my computer as a monitor but nothing. Need to figure out the power supply.
