Has anyone ever used a infrared sauna? I'm mostly wondering since I'll probably have to try it out because a friend of mine is starting a business centered upon this. Although the benefits seem dubious, it doesn't seem to be unsafe. She is essentially selling it to encourage anti-aging, weight loss, etc. Thanks
