People like to stay anonymous and some of them are the same sneakers running around peoples backyards cutting wiring and "taking" air conditioning units. Had a guy in a pickup pull into the drive of the neighbors empty house. There is a dumpster there where the neighbor is remodeling the house. The guy in the pickup jumps out and runs over to the dumpster and pulls 2 hands full of scrap out of there and runs back to his truck. He throws it in back as he's sliding behind the wheel and hauls out of there as I'm standing 40 ft away just shaking my head. I can't figure if he was a tweaker or the other. People like that just don't care, if it's outside,it's fair game.
