Anybody own a Keurig? I <3 this thing!

Last Christmas I spent with family in TX. My mom had a Keurig.

I bought one a month ago. Best $$ I spent in a long time!

It's great for someone that doesn't need a whole pot of coffee.
The selections for types of coffee are endless...and I can't wait 'till it gets cold and I can get the hot choco. K cups. Cinnamon rolls, apple cider, breakfast blends, are just a few favs and you can also make iced coffee if you like.

The coffee is not too pricey..I pay 11.88 for box of 18 Kcups, comes out to 66 cents a cup. You can buy an adapter for 19.99 that you can insert where Kcups go and use your own coffee, but I like the convenience and taste of the fresh cups.

Do you have one? What's your favorite flavor?

We had something similar when I worked for a landscaping company. Pretty good stuff. Drank 2 cups every day.

My wife wants one of these big time....Only problem is that I need to have at least a pot in the morning to get my motor running....I am thinking of getting her one for Christmas and just keeping the one that we have so I can have the whole pot and she can have just one cup

I don't much like these. Prefer my coffee black anyhow. Usually drink 8-10 cups a day.

I have one. I got it new in the box for $5 at a garage sale. Unfortunately, I do not have room for it on my kitchen counter, so it still sets in the box in my garage. I think I need to put it on the back porch as part of our out door kitchen.

For daily use, we use our BUNN. It is very fast, and out of all the homeowner grade coffee makers it comes the closest to brewing coffee at the proper temperature.

I am a bit of a coffee snob. I always grind only when I am ready to brew, and when possible I even roast my own beans. I am out of green coffee beans right now. I would normally roast a weeks worth every Saturday. Fresh roasted = Yums.

My habit is two cups...black. Folgers run thru a reusable filter that gets washed once a month whether it needs it our not. Price of coffee these days has me tempted to try and bring the grounds to the yard and see what they will give for it.
