as you know I live in the deep south. I life in the oly state you have to head north to get back to the south. this part of florida is more like southern Alabama and in fact some call it L.A. you also know we in the south take some libertys with spelling and pronunciation of certain words. fruit stand abound here and most use those little yard signs appropiated along the road some where. well with the language and spelling combined with the limited space o the signs. most read something like this, Matters $3
melons $5 tatters $2 and so on, I have always had in the back of my mind opening a chain of fruit stands called, TATTERS -MATTERS-AND LOPES.
