Scrapper hero

This is a horrific story. Did anyone see the news report about the two year old girl in China who was hit by two different vehicles and lay in the street dying while eighteen people passed by her? She eventually died. The only hero in this story is a scrap picker who scooped her up off the street and presumably tried to save her.
