When the white man discovered this country Indians were running it
no taxes, no debt, women did all the work.
White man thought he could improve on a system like this. - Old Cherokee saying
I did not surrender, they took my horse and made him surrender. - Lone Watie
I am surprised this subject did not get any response. Here we have tax payers dollars used to support local teams and stadiums that was sold under false pretenses.
I find it refreshing some of my local elected officials are doing there job and are looking out for the people!
Just read this...kinda fried my bottom today...Will be looking if like thing is done here in dallas and if they are not holding up the law.
Yep. Chapped my a** as well. I mean, how much more of this stuff do we as American taxpayers have to take? I just read another story on how the rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer in this once great land. And now this. This kind of abuse needs to stop! It seems all a man works for now is to just barely put food on the table and pay the bills. Nothing left over at the end of the week. And I know plenty folks that can't do both. Not because they won't work. Either there is no work or the work they have pays minimum wage. Sounds like your senator is on the right track. America needs more like him. I think it's time "we the people" stand up and truely make our voices not only heard, but count!
AMERICAN BORN, AMERICAN BRED! AND I'M PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN!!!
sounds like a second ammendment rally is in order. Count me in. Just give me a couple weeks notice to get another shipment of ammo
Mean while our governor Rick Scott is "getting back to work" , Take a look see.

nothing new, just the same old padding the pockets of those who can get them elected.
you do realize we had a choice last year of electing one who was accused of stealing 85 million from a bank, and another who was accused of stealing over a hundred million from medicare.
my guess the payment is just payola. did the state ever try to use those stadiums as homeless shelters and were refused. if so then the money should definately be payed back , but I have my doubts, if any thing will change.
here they were trying to build a park like area out side of down town for them with bunk houses etc.
what about all the empty fema camps why dont they use them.
The FEMA camps are reserved for future population control... of folks who aren't going to go along with the "new amerika"........
Well, you could be right about the fema camps to some extent. Why you think they put all that formaldehyde in em. They knew it was there. But they already have another form of population control. It's called "prison". Just do a quick google search on the explosion of the prison population in recent years. And before everybody starts jumping on me, I'm not talking about murderers and rappers. They belong there. But a whole lot of folks are getting a whole lot of time for some real questionable reasons.
lol rappers. yes, they sure do belong in prison.
Opps, my bad. "rapist"? Think i got it right there. lol
