YEah if your dealing with CL always take cash only. anything else is 99 percent scam. With ebay take paypal. Anything else is 99 percent scam.

This might be a twist on what almost happened to me. A man offers to buy an item. He calls a day or 2 later and tells me he accidentally sent too much, and that when I get the check, to please please please, send back the difference. If I sent back the difference, and then tried to cash the check, it would turn out to be a bogus check. I would be out the difference. He was never really interested in the item.
