I dislike most beers but I like Leinenkugel's Berry Weiss. I also like Woodchuck....., don't know if anyone considers that beer.

I don't think you can get it stateside. At least not for a while now. If I remember correctly this particular brew only came out at certain times of the year, right? And it was great with just about any food. Pretty doggone strong (to put it mildly). Oh yes. This one would definitely bring back some memories!

"Hello my name is Chris and I'm a beer snob".
I like the small local brewers, Double Bag from Long Trail in Vermont is one of my favorite but I love them all [Porters, stouts, Hefeweizen, etc].
Kind of pricy but I don't drink a lot and I brew my own also.
As a joke I tell people "if you can go to a store and buy it in a 30 pack it is not beer".
    Chris

Leinenkugel is good beer, I hauled a car to Wisconsin to a buyer and he had a sampler case of that and New Glarus beer waiting for me, both awesome beer companies. I like Coors Light it's decent cheap beer, same with Rolling Rock, bud light, etc. Out here the famous beer company is Sierra Nevada (Chico, CA) but most of their beer sucks in my opinion.

I have never been much of a beer drinker as I have noted before but you comment on sipping beer made me recall a time in my youth. In the 70's and perhaps since they sold tiny bottles of beer, I think just 6 oz. The upshot was I could finish one before it got warm and stale. Mike

Maybe the pony was the first "light beer" as it weighed less then a regular beer, lol
