    A 10 x 10 should only be around $50. a month, a few years back I had a 10 x 30 for $85.
The one out north of town has a 5 x 10 for $25. and there is elec. plug outside about every 3 units, just need a good extension cord.

I pay 65$ a month for a 5x10 but everything around here is expensive to begin with. They usually do not have elect either.

Depends on where you are. Nowhere around here will you find one for $50. $80 to 100 is about right for around here. Back where I came from they were $45 for a 10 x 20. You will just have to see how the prices compare for your area.

Typically will not see power in them either.

Time to call around get prices I guess? Is it worth the drive to go a few more miles for a few bucks cheaper?

Like Parrothead said, depends on where you are. Funny, I just looked into getting a storage unit. The quotes I got (I'm in the Northeast) were
    5x5: $55, 10x10: $80

I know it, huh? Wasn't the size I was looking for, but I thought that was pretty pricey for, like you said, a closet basically.

It would be a long drive, but in my little town in sw GA, that size is $30 a month.

thanks for that tip. I never thought of that, I found some good ones with electricity cheaper than the storage unit places. I might be checking them out.
