An interesting article on a gold mine being developed in northern Ontario. The company is spending $1.45-billion to open a mine yielding 1 gram of gold per tonne of ore. (Reserves are estimated at 15.6 million ounces.) I would think if the big boys are spending this kind of money, precious metal recovery/recycling has a pretty good future.
