Ok so I am at the office by myself this week and I keep hearing strange sounds above me. I am in an office connected to our fabrication shop and it's pretty windy outside. Oh and earlier this week I heard about this older gentleman that was arrested when 2 people that were staying overnight in a house that was being remodeled heard him trying to steal the copper or whatever out of the air condidtioning during the night. Maybe i am just thinking this way because of that story but to make myself feel better I just cranked up the thermostat to like 80degrees. I'm not sure if this could/would affect anyone who could be up there it just makes me feel better ( and a little warmer too!) Just wanted to share one of my super dork moments with everyone!

Do you have Hot Water heat? The noise could be from that. Also, being windy, there might be a tree branch scraping the building.

Yeah or beat the hell out of him with a random club shaped object that I find here... Naw, too messy, no place for the body, no friends close enough to help me move it... lol... Of course i am just kidding. I scared the crap out of myself before i went home yesterday though. I was finishing up a proposal for one of our customers and i heard something out in the shop. So being the brave person that i have convinced myself that i am, i had 911 dailed on my cell phone, grabbed a broken window squigee, and headed out to investigate. It was dark and scary and after about a literal 5 minutes of not moving and barely breathing i noticed that there was a hole in the ceiling with this metal stuff hanging down and scraping against the roll up door and the wall. Feeling like an idiot, i went back into the office but made sure to lock the door behind me just in case. Pointless thread accomplished!
