    cost of regulations

in the book Ameritopia by Mark Levin: It is estimated by the U.S. accounting office that regulations cost the American economy 1.75 TRILLION A $ PER YEAR. Also if all regulations and laws were put in one book it would contain over 85,000 pages. The original law of the land was written on 10 pages.

That is one book I am interested in reading but I'm not sure I could take the depression that followed.

I hava a fovorite SciFy tv show called Farscape. One of the episods took place on a world where 60% of the population were lawyers the rest servants. Their laws started with one small book and grew larger as the number of lawyers increased. It got crazy in the end of couse it was just a tv show........right? Mike.
