last year i sold 140 head on my nannies and 95 head of Angus. because of the drought going to start off small and see how we do for rain. I bought 24 hd of spanish nannies the good thing is i saved my Boer billy.

I realize that this is in the off topic area, but what does the auctioning of live stock have to do with anything regarding recycling?

Just as much relevance as "Bidding Extreme" I would suppose.

Glad things are looking up Shootlow!

How about some pictures? Its been a long time since I was on the farm. We had horses, ponies, chickens, hogs, angus cows and a couple wild boys. I miss it, Mike.

Not that far off topic anyway, as Hypoman already found out, cows are great collectors of metal too!

I'm really hoping to finish a cow this year myself, sick and tired of paying top price for crap meat. Good luck Shootlow, glad things are looking up.

Just asked a simple question is all.

Your site doesnt say very much, and I say the picture of cow.

Oh but the cows do recycle. The corn they eat turns into cow pies. the cow pies fertilize the corn fields. the corn flakes we eat comes from the corn fields. We eat the corn flakes and the cycle continues on a different level.

It was a smart a** comment on my part. I am not new to farms, and the multitude of stuff that gets produced on them. I grew up for many years in the country, on a nice farm that my grandfather took care of.

Well no one said that it was. You be surprised on how many sites look still under construction, and are actually done.

All the smart a** comments aside man, congratulations on how your business is going, and I hope the rest of 2012 just gets even better for you, I truly do.

My father always taught me, never rely on just on source of income because it can be taken away at any time in life.

Like others on here, you have more than 1 source. Keep it up.
