I've worked with a hoarder in the past, he has since died due to his mental illness. Committed suicide. "Hoarders" are no joke. When i dealt with him, it wasnt like dealing with a client. It was like dealing with a dieing friend, and i didnt even know him. Deep down, he saw me as someone who he knew would help him with his situation, on the outside, he lured me in with "you can have this, and this, and let me show you how this works".
That's awesome that it's paying for ya. Just be sensitive to him and his family. Something as strange as that stack of buckets could be as dear to him, as a child is to it's mother. Strange, but true.
