    Neither, our apartment complex didn't have any units that could accomodate tenants with disabilities so our unit was selected as one of the 3 that are getting "upgraded". Lucky us! I think that ADA is an ancronym for American Disabilities Act or something to that nature.

    lol either that or it falls into the "classic hot rod" category and is just exempt. All I know is that it's a '48, competition orange and I love it
