    Those annoying styrofoam things they put on new electronics maybe?

    Just an idea, no idea if it'd work or not. An we all know sometimes the shippers aren't the best at handleing items.

    When I was working in commercial construction I picked up a fair size stack of 4x8ft styrofoam insulation panels after they'd been used to protect elevator walls and such. When I started selling on Ebay I used almost every bit of it for shipping. It cuts easy and pads well. Makes packing some things a breeze, and reinforces the packages too. Even when I was running out of the free stuff I considered buying some to use. It was only about 5 dollars a sheet then, still well worth it for stable, padded, packaging
