Honestly, I think it's just the "luck of the draw." I used to have an eBay store and sold sports memorabilia. Things that sold for others didn't sell for me, and vice versa. For most items, I think that a lot of times it's a simple matter of being fortunate for being in the right place at the right time. And that's about it.
