PayPal, Activate Now: Return Shipping’s on Us

I realize that eBay sold off PayPal and that PayPal is now a separate company, once again as it was before eBay bought it.

But anyway, I received a message from PayPal about a week ago that I saved. It is about signing up for a offer to cover return shipping in "certain cases".

Now I myself am a bit like Quirt Evans, a mighty cautious citizen...

anyone have a idea of just WHAT PayPal is up to?

I view it as a fork in the road and the wrong choice for me is what THEY are after as desperate times require desperate measures & weights in honesty.

a bit like that Donald Trump clown. Tickle the ears of dreamers and they will toss money and praise your way like a fool to the casino.

Their probably trying to reform the base they had before they merged with Ebay. Of course this can be a good thing or a curse in disguise.
