    But here lies the issues.
    1. I'm not going to fraudulently file a claim because I got scammed- FedEx doesn't deserve to get defrauded, just as I feel I should not have been defrauded by this scammer. If I were to file a shipping claim- I'm no better than this guy.
    2. Ebay policy is now cut and dry. If I want my item back, I as the seller, am forced to pay for its return. No way to get around it. There isn't a point of negotiation because Ebay MAKES the seller pay return shipping.
