Biggest job yet if im lucky!

So I went to look at a potential job today and boy was I surprised. Took about an hour to walk around and see what all there was. After all was said and done there are 2 boats on trailers, 7 cars, a dirt bike, an old farm truck, an old 20 foot camping trailer, 2 car trailers about 30 engines in various stages of disassembly old transmissions and what I’m guessing is 4 tons of various scrap and that’s just outside! Inside there are tool boxes, guitars, more scrap, a 60 gallon compressor, a portable welder, a large gas welder (not sure if it works), bikes and more scrap. I could go on but I’m getting all jumpy just thinking about it. Now I just need to figure out what to bid to get the job. There would be some cleanup of a lot of lumber but I still think it would be way worth it. What do you guys think?
