they are a pian but with the right team and equipment we were done in 45 minutes 2600 lbs of metal plus $300 to remove it $670 - 45 minutes pay for crew and fuel for 2 trucks = winning

Any asbestos concerns or certifications required from NJ? Did you seperate in the building or outside? I've broken them up outside.
nit was cleared for any asbestos before hand contracotr takes care of that we break them up in the basement then clean up and remove

i guess we all have different definitions of boilers, i work on the 200ft tall ones (coal/nat gas plants), nuclear reactors, condensors and do little package boilers from time to time though, i am a boilermaker by trade, gotta love the old cast iron ones
