Made a great trade
I bought a 1994 Buick for $175.00 and drove it home.
I bought it to scrap out.
I found nothing wrong with the car so I put the car on craigslist for sale $800.00 or trade for a tandem trailer.
I had a call within a hour of posting the car.
The guy came and looked at the car and also had the trailer with him.
He drove the car home and now I have a nice 16ft trailer to haul bigger loads on.
Craigslist is great!!!

That was a great trade nice job!!

Hauled my first load on the trailer today.
Had just over 2 ton of short iron.
This is going to give my poor truck a break. Sure it still has to pull the trailer, but I can make 1 trip with 2 to 3 times the weight I could haul on my truck.

First of all, congrats.
Second, (this question goes out to anyone and everyone out there) is getting a car that works fine a common occurrence when advertising that you buy junk cars? Just wondering.
-
Not to common for me to get a car that works well.
I have had some that have had good bodies, but a bad motors or transmissions.
Others with good motors and bad bodies.
Just the other day I bought a 1991 Chevy truck for just the tow bill $80.00. The guy I bought it from pulled out of a tire shop and was t-boned. it had 4 brand new tires on it. I like finds like this.
