Indentify this vintage board Epotec TMB-260

I need help on this strange board. I have googled all names and numbers I can find and am coming up short. Anyone know what this is and where I can learn about it? Almost looks like you can plug in two laptop hard drives?? but this came in a lot of very old tech.

What it really looks like is that you could connect 2 laptop cards (ie. wifi cards) not hard drives.

Phantoms correct. Someone just gave me an old Sony laptop with 2 WiFi card in it.

PCMCIA slots

PCMCIA probably, not the newer CARDBUS (the ones with the copper strip with bumps) that any modern WIFI, USB2 etc card would use. Stick it on ebay somebody might want to run something vintage using it.
