Morning everyone,
My boyfriend recently bought his partner out and is full owner of the salvage yard. I am currently running the business with him and his son. It has been a very interesting 6 months, since I resigned from my nursing position, to help run the yard and manage the front office. I went from nursing to salvage in a day. What a lot to learn!!
I think I can learn a lot from all of..... I have many questions and a lot to prove.....
Thank you all in advance!
Cheryl

Welcome to the hangout. There is a lot to learn here from all the smart ones, (pretty much ANYONE but me,lol). Go through all the old threads and search for about anything u can think of. Bet u what ever ur topic question is has already been covered in the past. Some many times. Don't forget that u prob have a lot to offer too. Maybey not so much now as u just getting started, but u will. Keep up on the new threads and if u see something that u can give some insite on, feel free to speak up. I for one, love when ppl start replying to my posts. The more ppl that reply, the more different options I have.
Again welcome, and good luck in the bizz

You can be a big help here. Your info and experience on a newb jumping into a yard from the ground 0 up will be invaluable mcw.

Welcome to the forum. Must've believed in the ideals and the business to make the big jump. Clearly your boyfriend is already making executive decisions with buying others out and claiming territory sounds like you'll both do well.
