Need some advice!
Hey guys, I'm pretty new to scrapping. I did it a little back home so I can identify metal as needed and I work with aluminum sheet metal and aluminum rivets all day. (Sadly I can't take the scraps left over)
I am going to be moving to El Paso in 2 weeks. I want to rent a 10x10 or 5x10 storage facility because I live in the barracks and there isn't any space in there. What metal/ items should I look for that is space efficient?
I was thinking so far, wires, aluminum rivets if they are damaged and can't be used, what else? The storage facility charges $45 a month for a 5x10 so I would like to make that a week at least.
Thank you!

Welcome and to answer, copper and alum. are the two easiest to find, also ewaste is getting good, just have to know what to look for.
We have a whole section about ewaste and what to break down and what not to. Also have a breakdown section for other stuff as to whats profitable and whats not. If you do get into ewaste then we have a whole slew of good buyers for all kinds of stuff with great prices.
And don't forget to check out this place, and post if you'd like.

First of all, thank you for your service. I would add brass to the list.
