How to scrap the weirdest monitor ever

Pry these 2 latches off. http://i1332.photobucket.com/albums/...pshirjnu0c.jpg 3.) Flip it over and pry 1 half off. You may want to use a hammer. http://i1332.photobucket.com/albums/...psojnpqoj2.jpg 4.) Take this shield off. http://i1332.photobucket.com/albums/...psgkglmm5a.jpg 5.) Separate the other half with board from the tube. http://i1332.photobucket.com/albums/...psu0ojjux8.jpg 6.) Once your left with this http://i1332.photobucket.com/albums/...psf7gsl31i.jpg there will be these 2 things holding the board down http://i1332.photobucket.com/albums/...psteen7ul4.jpg There will be 2 boards same process for both of them. 7.) Take off the yoke. 8.) Dismantle the board.

Good break down, an good pictures showing it.

I do the same when I get stuff like that. Hammer an screw driver work wonders, as does a chisel. I have several wood chisels that didn't cost much I use now an then for such things.

i though i was about the only one using wood chisels
they are invaluable

i know that they have proven to be the the best tool for the job on many occasions.

Great minds think a like MS, even if their on opposite sides of the world. ;)

I have two sets of wood chisels. One set is for scrap related stuff. Breaks I don't worry, go buy more. Yet to have one break tho. lol.

Other set is for my wood working.

One can find a use for any tool besides it's intended purpose a lot of the time.

1. No I don't sell my stuff. I'm still learning it, it's more of a hobby. Maybe someday, for now I do it for my own amusement an sanity. It keeps the wife happy to. She ask for shelves I ask for a new saw. lol

2. I know your joking of course, but I don't frequent wood working forums. This is really the only forum I participate in any more. I read others, but I'm not usually very active. Mainly cause I dislike trolls, an petty arguments an the like.

Yeah I use wood chisel for removing ic chips

I have found some weird stuff like that also, laptops with hidden screws make me so angry I end up smashing them open with a hammer. x-box's have no screws either, you need to pop them apart.
