My refrigerator is warm inside and the freezer is over working everything is covered in frost. Also sounds like it never shuts off. I really don't wanna have to scrap my own frig an buy a new one can anyone help?

The fan may be dirty, the condenser may be bad or the door seal is bad (door not sealing). Look behind the frig for the fan and clean if dirty. Check compressor coil and clean/vacuum. Check the door seal as best you can. Then call a repairman if none of these.
Definitely check the seal. My freezer seal cracked recently and it did all sorts of wonky stuff to the fridge--cheese froze in the dairy drawer, etc.
Most freezers have a small heat strip in them if they are "Frost-Free" and since yours is "frosting up", I would also check that. I had to replace mine in our refrigerator and it works fine now.
