When I got this I thought a monitor but when I scrapped it look what I found.
Never seen this in a monitor before: RAM chip, what looks like a CPU under the AL heat sink and two plugin pieces like I see in laptops. (upper right)
There was another board that was the power supply but NO HARD DRIVE.
What did I have?
I believe that it is a computer. next to the ram is another "finger" type board, the long one is likely the hard drive. The smaller board is likely the wifi board. Remove the small boards and ram prior to selling and keep those boards separated.

miked is right. That looks like a small solid state drive there, more like what you'd find in a chromebook than the desktops we're accustomed to. You may be able to sell the Drive for much higher than scrap value
That was an all-in-one PC.
Looks like a new-ish/decently spec'd one too.
Cant tell from the picture but the ram stick if it is big enough size goes for a bit of money on eBay, since there is only 1 ram slot it looks like, my guess would be that stick would probably be 8Gb (maybe even 16Gb if you are lucky). Either makes it worth reselling.
and same with the storage drive, it is probably either mSATA, m2.sata or m2.nvme, either way it would be worth taking off and selling. this is why there is no 'traditional' hard drive. This peice is the storage/take the place of the hard drive.
It looks a little too wide to be m2 type, so is likly a flash SSD, but cant tell real well from this pic, the label will tell exactly what it is. Like 90% sure it is probably mSATA, regardless, worth resale usually.

Ram is circled on the left, NVMe/flash SSD is the thing circled on the right. The labels on both will tell you exactly what it is and searching it on ebay can give you an idea of the value/what they are going for.
The other thing screwed onto the motherboard, directly below the right circle is just a wireless module. not really worth anything. You can leave it on the board to go along with the motherboard for scrap motherboards or if you feel like it you can take it out and put it with higher grade/telcom type boards usually because it has gold contacts.
That one is very similar to an Imac clone that i scrapped out recently. The cheap Chinese knockoff version of a 1,500.00 $ Mac.
Look at the two things that kss circled. The one on the left is the RAM module ... does that say 2 gb ? The one on the right is most probably an M2 sata. Look for the manufacturer's name and storage capacity. It might only be something like 16 or 32 GB ?
The M2 sata chip on mine was toast. It didn't test out. That was probably why my unit ended up on the scrap pile. It worked till it didn't, and then they threw it away and got something else.

The SSD is a 32 GB, mSATA Internal Solid State Drive (SSD), which look like they are only going for about $15-$30 on ebay. up to you if you think that is worth your time to list and sell.
The wireless module is not worth resale. I put with telcom board cause of the gold fingers, but others may classify that differently. Others can weigh in on that one.
32 gb on a SATA is fairly small by today's standards. I looked up the specs and it was approved for win 7 but no mention of later versions. Just an opinion, but the M.2 SATA form was something that never really caught on. Might even be obsolete. The manufacturers have largely gone to storage that's directly soldered on to the board now. There are many advantages to soldered in storage from their viewpoint.
Testing could be done in a couple of ways.
Install it directly on to the mainboard of your shop computer.
Purchase a M.2 to USB adapter and interface it with your shop computer that way.
You might come up empty if it didn't test out though. Time and money put in w/o a reward for the effort.
