Tried a free add today..
Well after taking some ideas and inspiration from some of the seasoned members here on the forum, I chucked an add up on Gumtree (aussie version of CL) about PC recycling (see attached)
Add has been up since 4pm today. Just checked inbox (@ 11pm) and have 4 messages about stuff to go and pick up, and one is a local repair shop that previously had knocked me back!

there is a website called "GumTree" its a free site that combines CL & Ebay sort of thing..
I think its Australia only..

Torker, around here I also snag satellite dish receivers and cable tv boxes. Those boards inside are also hi-grade,,,

got another email today, a bloke was about to pay to have 32 pc's taken away for him (local church group) so I went and grabbed them. They were wrapped with my service, and I think I impressed them when I offered to haul away all the boxes and foam from the new systems they had just received.. :)

Toker loos like you might have just hit a gold mine over there in ausiieland. Specialy if no one else is doing it.

there are a few doing it, but small time x 10 compared to over where you are.
Most guys collect to try a bit of gold refinning, then give up and offload there scrap cheap!
...well I hope so any way :)
