Hey there everyone my name is Zach or MindfullyMetal. I recently undertook scrapping for fun and for a little extra money. I recently bought a small truck and figured I can possibly scrap. I am quite new to scrapping and any advice would be great. I'm from Indiana and am in college here for culinary art (I am a personal chef). I just wanted to say hello to all of you and look forward to reading all your posts.

Welcome from another Hoosier, as you read up on stuff you'll want to figure out what you want to mess with as far as scrapping goes. The Scrap Monster button on the main page will take you to some sample prices for different stuff so you can see what things are worth. You scrapyard will have different prices but at least you'll get an idea. Some of these people (guys and gals) do vehicles, some do appliances, some air conditioners, and escrap, and some do it all together. You'll figure out what's available in your area.
welcome Zach nice having ya around and i wish you good luck but have to warn ya scrapping is addictive lol no cure either but its a great way to make some cash and help keep our streets clean an i think ill have an omlet with toast please lol jusk kiddin its a good profession people will never stop eating so you will allways have work great career choice man and most everyone on here is very helpful if you cant find your answers in past threads ask you will get lots of answers

MindfullyMetal, where are you located here in Ind? I'm looking for a scrapper close by as I get some pickups that I cannot always get to. Just running some things thru my head.
